This Bootcamp is not like any other! Instead of giving you a diet and unrealistic exercise prescriptions (2 hours a day, 6 days a week?!!!) like all of the other Bootcamps, the BOOST offers a specific system to teach you to make daily nutrition choices and intense yet time efficient workouts that will WORK FOR YOU for the rest of your life! Each exercise session is different to keep the body improving and will include cardiovascular training, strength and flexibility, yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell, stability ball and medicine ball training, balance and core conditioning. Four week sessions are $990 per person, paid in two installments, weeks 1 and 3. All participants are required to attend a group orientation prior to first session.
