“I’ve read all the books about low carb, raw foods, detoxing, nutrition for the athlete. There is no right or wrong program but there sure is a lot of information! I try to take the best aspects of each plan, use my education and experience and create programs which provide adequate caloric intake to preserve muscle and maintain energy levels but enable my clients to get leaner than they have ever been.”
